First-party demand signals
RFQs, sourcing requests, and activity across Tandom’s products show what buyers are actively evaluating.

Tandom Americas Desk
Tandom gives manufacturers a buyer-development operation in the United States and Latin America. We find and qualify the right buyers, get your factory in front of them when demand appears, and help your team turn buyer interest into stronger offers and more sales.

What Tandom does
Who we work with
We work with established factories making the components, equipment, and production inputs purchased by industrial companies across the Americas. Prior export experience helps but is not required. The factory must have specifiable products, usable documentation, a legal quoting entity, and a responsive commercial team.
Products buyers can evaluate by performance, capacity, price, and delivery.
How we find real demand
Tandom operates in the United States and Brazil at the intersection of sourcing and trade intelligence. Tens of thousands of importers use our products to make import decisions, while buyers also bring sourcing requirements and RFQs directly to Tandom. This gives us visibility into both explicit demand and earlier buying signals.
RFQs, sourcing requests, and activity across Tandom’s products show what buyers are actively evaluating.
Trade records and hundreds of business and product data sources help us identify who buys the product, how they source it, and what may be changing.
AI matches those buyers and signals against the factory’s products, technical capabilities, evidence, and commercial fit. Tandom then qualifies the opportunity before pursuing it.
A prioritized buyer pipeline we actively pursue—not another static importer list.
Live buyer demand
We help buyers turn real purchasing requirements into supplier searches and structured RFQs. When your factory is a potential fit, our sourcing team may contact you.
The Americas Desk helps you prepare a complete, buyer-ready quote, manage questions and revisions, and use buyer feedback to improve your chances of winning.
How we get paid
You hire Tandom to build and run buyer development in the Americas. We agree the scope and fee before work begins.
The fee covers the agreed buyer-development work: buyer research, outreach, opportunity qualification, quote support, and follow-up.
Every account, contact, conversation, and next action is visible to your team—never hidden behind a platform. You own the relationship and quote, contract, and collect payment directly.
Tandom never adds margin to your price. Services are paid as a fixed fee. If you engage us as your representative, the commission is agreed in writing before any buyer is approached, and we never take both a fee and a commission on the same order.
What happens next
Prepare the buyer-ready supplier profile. Run outreach and qualify interest. Turn the RFQ into a complete, competitive quote.
What you receive
Every buyer, contact, conversation, quote, and next action is visible to your team. No hidden leads or gated relationships.

Factory proof, priority products, specifications, capacity, and commercial terms—organized for buyer review.
Every target account, decision-maker, contact detail, reply, qualification decision, and next action is shared directly with your team.
Buyer requirements, open questions, missing information, quote status, revisions, and follow-up.
What advanced, what stalled, why buyers reacted that way, and what to change next.

The Tandom difference
We approach buyers in their language, culture, and commercial context—from San Francisco and São Paulo.
Their activity—together with sourcing requests that come directly to Tandom—shows us what companies are evaluating and when demand is becoming real. We turn those signals into qualified opportunities, not another static importer list.
Our AI and software help us research accounts, qualify demand, run outreach, and manage RFQ responses, quotes, and follow-up at scale.
Operating presence
One team working across the United States and Brazil, close to the buyers and commercial context suppliers need to navigate.
