These terms govern your use of tandomops.com, operated by Fintora Technologies, Inc., doing business as Tandom, a Delaware corporation, with support from Fintora Ltda in Brazil. By using the website or submitting a supplier application, buyer sourcing inquiry, or verification request, you agree to these terms.

Website information

This website describes Tandom's Americas Desk and related supplier development, buyer sourcing, and verification services. Its content is general information; it is not an offer, quotation, purchasing commitment, agency appointment, legal or customs advice, or guarantee of buyer interest, an RFQ, an introduction, a supplier match, a verification outcome, a response, samples, onboarding, a quote, a transaction, or an order.

Submissions and business relationships

Submitting a supplier application or buyer sourcing inquiry asks Tandom to review the information provided. A verification request asks Tandom to check, using available records, whether an introduction, sender, or message is authorized. A submission does not create a paid engagement, buyer or supplier relationship, confidentiality agreement, exclusivity obligation, or guarantee that Tandom or another party will respond or proceed.

Paid services are provided only under a separate written agreement defining scope, fees, responsibilities, confidentiality, and termination. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls.

Information and files you submit

You represent that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are authorized to provide it and, if submitting on behalf of a company or another person, authorized to act for them, and that it does not infringe another party's rights or contain malicious code. If you submit a sourcing inquiry or verification request, you confirm that you are authorized to provide the request, message, and any optional files to Tandom. Do not submit buyer-confidential information, trade secrets, personal information about others, or restricted materials unless you are authorized to share them with Tandom for this purpose.

You retain ownership of your materials. You grant Tandom a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, copy, review, and process them, and to make them available to service providers acting for Tandom, for the purpose of reviewing your submission, responding to or verifying the request, communicating with you, protecting the website, complying with law, and considering or supporting a potential engagement. Tandom will share supplier materials with buyers only as part of an authorized sourcing or commercial process. Tandom will not share buyer-confidential specifications or materials with suppliers unless the buyer authorizes that sharing.

Supplier responsibility

Suppliers remain responsible for product descriptions and claims, quality, capacity, certifications, pricing and quotations, delivery terms, export authority, legal-seller disclosures, warranties, contracts, and regulatory compliance. Tandom may review or verify evidence but does not become the manufacturer, seller, or guarantor.

Buyer and requester responsibility

Buyers and other requesters remain responsible for their requirements, procurement decisions, technical and commercial evaluation, due diligence, approvals, and legal or regulatory compliance. Tandom may screen potential suppliers and organize available evidence but does not guarantee a supplier's identity, capability, certification, product, availability, price, response, or performance. Verifying a Tandom introduction or message confirms only its authorization based on available records; it is not an endorsement or verification of a supplier, product, offer, or claim.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, submit malicious material, impersonate another person or company, or use the website in violation of law.

Intellectual property

The Tandom name, website design, text, software, and original materials are owned by Fintora Technologies, Inc., Fintora Ltda, or their licensors. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without permission except where permitted by law.

Third-party services and availability

Links to tandom.ai, tandom.com.br, and third-party websites are governed by their own terms and policies. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of this website.
