tandomops.com is operated by Fintora Technologies, Inc., doing business as Tandom, a Delaware corporation, with support from Fintora Ltda in Brazil. This notice applies to this website, its supplier application process, buyer sourcing inquiries, and requests to verify a Tandom introduction. Separate notices may apply to tandom.ai and tandom.com.br.

Information we collect

When you submit a supplier application, we collect the information you provide, including company and factory details, product information, export experience, sales goals, contact details, optional WeChat information, catalog or product links, and any files you choose to upload.

When you submit a buyer sourcing inquiry, we collect the contact and company details, product or part description, specifications, expected volume, destination, timing, additional context, and optional files you provide. A verification request may include the sender, named supplier or manufacturer, message content, and other details needed to identify the conversation.

Our hosting and security providers may also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs. We also use limited website analytics as described below. We do not use advertising pixels, retargeting, or behavioral advertising.

Website analytics and similar technologies

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, and PostHog, provided by PostHog, Inc., to understand how visitors find and use the website and whether the website's submission journeys are working properly. These services may process a pseudonymous browser identifier, date and time, browser and device type, approximate location, referring domain or campaign, pages viewed, and limited events such as a successful submission.

We configure these services not to receive supplier application, buyer inquiry, verification-request, or upload contents; names or contact details; company or product information; filenames; catalog links; submission IDs; or confirmation references. We do not identify visitors in PostHog. PostHog may record navigation and interactions on public website sections, but submission forms and confirmation states are blocked from autocapture and session replay, and other inputs are masked. We do not use analytics information for advertising, retargeting, or automated decisions.

PostHog events from tandomops.com are stored in the same Tandom analytics workspace used for tandom.ai and tandom.com.br and are labeled by website. We do not intentionally link an anonymous tandomops.com visitor to a person or to activity on another Tandom website.

How we use information

We use information to:

• review supplier capabilities and potential market fit;
• review and respond to buyer sourcing inquiries and determine whether Tandom can support a search;
• verify Tandom introductions, senders, and messages;
• respond to submissions and communicate with you;
• verify company, product, buyer, or supplier information;
• evaluate and manage potential or existing business relationships and authorized sourcing processes;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
• measure website traffic, campaign effectiveness, and the application funnel;
• and comply with legal obligations and protect Tandom, our users, and others.

How we share information

Information may be accessed by Fintora Technologies, Inc., Fintora Ltda, and service providers that support hosting, private file storage, email, security, and business operations. We may share relevant supplier information with a buyer or other commercial counterparty only as part of an authorized sourcing or commercial process.

We do not share a buyer's confidential specifications, message content, or uploaded materials with a supplier or other commercial counterparty unless the buyer authorizes that sharing.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or security, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information or buyer and supplier contact lists.

Limited website-usage information is processed by Google LLC and PostHog, Inc. to provide analytics services under their applicable service and data-processing terms.

International processing

Information may be stored or processed in the United States, Brazil, and other locations where Tandom or its service providers operate. Google uses distributed infrastructure, and Tandom's shared PostHog analytics workspace is currently hosted in the United States. Where required, we use contractual and other lawful safeguards for international transfers.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to review and manage the relationship, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our systems. Supplier application and buyer inquiry files are kept in private file storage and are not published on the website. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Analytics data is retained under the settings applied to those services and only for as long as reasonably necessary for measurement and security. Aggregate reports that no longer identify a device may be retained longer.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

You can use browser privacy controls or content-blocking tools to limit analytics storage and requests.
