Start with the buyer's qualification question
The buyer is not asking whether the factory owns impressive equipment. The practical question is whether this named manufacturing site can repeatedly make the quoted product to the agreed requirement, at the required rate, with controlled changes and retrievable evidence.
Write the capability claim at product-family level. Connect material, geometry, process, tolerance or performance range, inspection method, batch size, annual demand, and similar production history. This lets the buyer compare the claim with the RFQ instead of interpreting a generic presentation.

Connect the legal entity to the manufacturing site
Make the commercial and operational identities easy to reconcile. State the registered legal name, quotation entity, invoice entity, payment beneficiary, factory name and address, parent or affiliate relationships, and the team responsible for the program. Explain any difference rather than leaving the buyer to discover it during onboarding.
